The Snug
Stone fireplace, low light, the best seat in winter.
The heart of the pub. A wood fire in the old stone hearth, flagstone floors and a proper bar within reach. Dogs are welcome here.

The Dining Room
Deep green walls and exposed stone, laid for dinner.
Our main dining room runs from the green panelled end through to the old stone walls. Relaxed enough for a Tuesday supper, generous enough for a table of ten.

The Details
The small things that make it the Kings Arms.
The bar with its hand pulls and beer mats, candle bottles on the window ledges, old Guinness signs and posters, and the odds and ends that have gathered on the walls over the years.

The Garden
A big lawn, a kitchen garden and long summer afternoons.
Behind the pub, a wide lawn with picnic benches and parasols, terraced banks of flowers, and raised beds where we grow herbs and vegetables for the kitchen.

Look for the lantern and the sign.
The whitewashed front of the pub on Church Road, with the Kings Arms sign above the porch and the lantern lit to welcome you in.
